About Menoa

We're building the tool we wish had existed

Menoa is a digital health solution that helps women in menopause understand their symptoms, gain insight into their health, and manage everyday life better, both at home and at work.

Our purpose

Why we're building Menoa

Lene has experience as a municipal and county council representative and a master's in technology, innovation and knowledge from UiO. Through politics and her own network, she saw the same pattern: we have data and tools for almost everything, but not for the phase of life where nine out of ten women get symptoms and one in three are affected badly enough to impact their daily life.

Håkon has several years of experience with enterprise systems and health apps. The combination of political insight and technical capability is why Menoa exists. We're building for the women who deserve better tools, and for the businesses that want to take responsibility before it's too late.

The road ahead

1

Norwegian launch

Pilot testing with Norwegian businesses. Validate the model and improve the product based on user feedback.

2

Nordic expansion

Expand to Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Menopause is universal, and the need is the same across countries.

3

B2B platform

Become the preferred solution for employers who want to support employees through menopause.
