About Menoa
We're building the tool we wish had existed
Menoa is a digital health solution that helps women in menopause understand their symptoms, gain insight into their health, and manage everyday life better, both at home and at work.
Our purpose
Why we're building Menoa
Lene has experience as a municipal and county council representative and a master's in technology, innovation and knowledge from UiO. Through politics and her own network, she saw the same pattern: we have data and tools for almost everything, but not for the phase of life where nine out of ten women get symptoms and one in three are affected badly enough to impact their daily life.
Håkon has several years of experience with enterprise systems and health apps. The combination of political insight and technical capability is why Menoa exists. We're building for the women who deserve better tools, and for the businesses that want to take responsibility before it's too late.
We are building the first AI-native platform for women's health, across the entire life arc.
Phase 1: Menopause
Pilot with five Norwegian Founding Partners. AI health agent, anonymized HR dashboard, and clinically grounded content. We start with the life stage that has the worst support today.
Phases 2 and 3: Cycles, fertility, postpartum
The platform extends to menstruation and fertility. Same data model, same agent, deeper coverage. Users who join during menopause are followed by the same tool both backward and forward in life.
The longest record of women's health that exists
Adolescence, post-menopause and cross-cutting conditions like PCOS and endometriosis. The goal is one tool that follows a woman from menarche to old age, with data that grows more valuable every month.
