About the service

Menoa is a digital service that helps women in menopause track symptoms, gain insight into their health and access an AI-based health guide. The service is operated by Menoa AS (org. no. 837 452 562).

Our processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Not medical advice

Menoa is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations or prescriptions. The information and insights provided through the service, including the AI coach, are intended only as general information and support. They do not replace professional medical advice.

Always contact a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional for persistent or serious symptoms.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login information secure
• You must provide correct information when registering
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You can delete your account at any time from the profile page
• We may ask for age verification

Use through an employer

If you use Menoa through a company, the following applies:

• Your account belongs to you personally, not the employer
• You retain your account if the employment relationship ends
• The employer never has access to your individual data
• Sharing anonymized data with the employer requires your explicit consent and is described in the privacy policy

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to collect data from the service
• Share account information with others

Intellectual property

All content, design and technology in Menoa is owned by Menoa AS. You retain ownership of the data you register, and can export or delete it at any time.

Limitation of liability

Menoa is provided as-is. We do our best to ensure availability and data accuracy, but cannot guarantee that the service is error-free or always available. Menoa AS is not liable for health consequences of decisions made based on information from the service.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can stop using Menoa at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes that are not resolved amicably shall be decided by the Oslo District Court.
