Menoa is still in development. If something breaks, or you have a question about your account, we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.

Send us an email and we normally reply within two business days. Tell us briefly what happened, which device you use, and which version of the app if you know it.

We reply in Norwegian or English. Weekdays 09:00–17:00 CET.

Common issues

Most things fix themselves in a minute

These are the questions we get most often, and what to try first.

Can't sign in

Check that your email address is spelled correctly, and that the verification code hasn't landed in spam. Codes expire after 10 minutes. If you still can't get in, email us with the address you're using.

Check-ins or data not showing up

Close the app fully and open it again. If you recently changed device, log in with the same account. Data syncs automatically when your device has a connection. If something is still missing, let us know.

Not receiving notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for Menoa in your phone's settings. iOS and Android control this outside the app. If the setup is right but you still aren't getting alerts, contact us and we'll troubleshoot together.

Account and data

You own your own health data

You can delete your account at any time. In the app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. You can also email us from the address linked to your account, and we'll delete it manually within seven days.

When your account is deleted, all your health data is permanently removed from our systems. Anonymized aggregates that have already been included in HR reports for your employer cannot be linked back to you.

Data export

You have the right to a copy of your data under GDPR. Email us from your registered address and we'll deliver a machine-readable file within 30 days.

Onboarding, SSO and SCIM

We set up sign-in via Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace, plus automated user provisioning over SCIM. Email us and we'll book a setup call and share the documentation you need.

The dashboard shows no numbers

The HR dashboard locks data until at least five employees have shared check-ins. This protects individuals from being identified. Once the threshold is met, the numbers update automatically within 24 hours.

Send us an email

If your employer has Menoa, it's free for you to use. You never pay anything yourself, and your employer only sees anonymized aggregates, never your personal data.

The Menoa app is available for iOS 15 and newer, and Android 9 and newer. We recommend keeping the app updated to the latest version to get new features and fixes.

No. All personal data is encrypted and only visible to you. HR only sees aggregated numbers based on at least five users combined, never data that can be linked back to you.

Email us from both the old and the new address, or from the old one with clear instructions about the new address. We move your account manually to make sure it's really you asking for the change.

If your employer ends the agreement, you can still export or delete your data for 30 days after termination. After that, the account is removed automatically if it doesn't have an active license.

No. Menoa provides general information and insight based on your own data, but it doesn't replace contact with a doctor or specialist. For serious symptoms you should always consult a healthcare professional.
