What we are asked before you sign.
How large must the company be?
We recommend a minimum of 20 women 40 and over, so that the HR dashboard actually has signal given the privacy threshold of 5. Smaller companies can still apply, but you will mainly get value from the app, not the dashboard.
What happens after the three months?
You receive an evaluation report with participation data, wellbeing trends, and concrete recommendations. Based on it, you can extend at 99 NOK per woman 40+ per month for twelve months, or end. Extension requires active signing. No automatic renewal.
How do we involve employee representatives?
We recommend that HR informs employee representatives and safety delegates before launch. We provide a short conversation template you can use. The offer is voluntary for employees, and data is not used for individual follow-up.
What does IT need to know?
Azure in Sweden, AES-256 encryption, SSO via your company IdP (Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace), data processing agreement ready for signing. We offer a 15-minute meeting with IT leadership if needed. The IT one-pager can be downloaded above.

Why only five seats?
We want to spend time with each Founding Partner. Five is what we can follow up properly during the pilot, and it is the right number for cohort gatherings.

From contract to first insight
The first 30 days
We handle most of the setup. Here's what you can expect from signed contract to first HR report.
Setup
SSO with your company IdP (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace), signed data processing agreement, and invitation sent to employees. We handle most of it. You might spend 30 minutes on verification.
Onboarding
Employees log in with their company account and choose whether to use Menoa. We send out a short information email you can customize. Menoa is 100% voluntary, and employees can opt in or out whenever they want.
First report
After two weeks of data, HR gets the first dashboard insights. After 30 days you get a full monthly report with trends, participation rate and concrete recommendations you can take to management.
